Your job

At ZZA, we produce and sell Individual Quick Frozen mozzarella: a long-lasting pizza cheese. As an Export Coordinator, together with your colleague Christian, you’ll ensure that our product reaches international customers outside Europe as quickly, efficiently, and service-oriented as possible. You’ll organize the entire logistics process and continuously liaise with various parties: our production facility in Zeeland, storage locations, carriers, and of course, the customers themselves. You will monitor the progress of shipments, check the necessary documentation, and keep track of payments. If any issues arise, you’ll be the one to find a solution as quickly as possible.

In addition to the export process, you’ll manage our IFS certification, ensuring that all processes meet food safety standards. You’ll handle the related documentation, organize the annual meeting with the HACCP team, and prepare for internal audits. You’ll also handle complaints, contributing to product quality. The best part of your job? No day is the same! There are always unexpected challenges, but when customers are satisfied, it gives you a great sense of accomplishment. What you bring to us

You love planning, organizing, and coordinating. You easily communicate with all involved parties and always keep an overview. You’re flexible enough to adapt to unexpected developments and can quickly switch between tasks. Despite your speed and efficiency, you work carefully, with a sharp eye for quality. Naturally, logistics doesn’t always go smoothly, but you see this as a challenge and, with a positive attitude, you’ll think logically to find a solution. Also important:

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree and some experience in a similar role.
• You speak and write English well.

Our story

ZZA Mozzarella is part of Geris from Nederweert: a dairy specialist for 15 years. Since 2022, we’ve been producing premium mozzarella under our own name, as a topping for pizzas and pastas. Our product, made according to an authentic Italian recipe, is shipped from the Netherlands to food companies around the world. In a small and informal team, we work daily from Eindhoven on our unique mission: we put the ZZA on your pizza!
